NLD Group, LLC ("NLD Group," "we," "us," or "our") respects privacy and is committed to the responsible handling of personal information. This Privacy Policy applies broadly to NLD Group, LLC and to websites, applications, portals, systems, platforms, and related services owned, operated, maintained, or administered by NLD Group, LLC, including services operated under affiliated names, brands, projects, and digital properties.
This policy is intended to be comprehensive. It is not limited to any single website, application, or service. Because NLD Group operates a range of public-facing, restricted, internal, household, family-oriented, and business-related services, not every category of information described in this policy will apply to every service or every user.

Where required by applicable law, NLD Group processes personal information based on one or more lawful grounds, including user consent, performance of a requested service, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, and improving services.
Where a service involves connected accounts, linked institutions, sensitive workflows, family or household records, financial information, health-related information, or other authorized integrations, NLD Group relies on user action, authorization, direction, or consent, as applicable, before collecting, using, or processing that information for the requested purpose.
6. Disclosure and Sharing of Information
NLD Group does not sell personal information for unrelated third-party marketing use.
NLD Group may disclose or share personal information only as reasonably necessary to:

- enable integrations, connections, or third-party functions expressly authorized by the user;

Depending on the service and the sensitivity of the information involved, such safeguards may include authentication and access controls, multi-factor authentication where appropriate, logging and monitoring, network and endpoint protections, vulnerability management, secure transmission methods, configuration controls, and operational security practices.
No method of transmission, storage, or security control is absolute. However, NLD Group takes reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the service and the information involved.
8. Data Retention
NLD Group retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain account or service functionality, support security, troubleshooting, auditing, operational integrity, business administration, and continuity, comply with legal, contractual, tax, accounting, regulatory, recordkeeping, or governance obligations, and resolve disputes or enforce applicable terms and policies.

NLD Group supports deletion of personal information in appropriate circumstances, including when a user deletes an account, disconnects an authorized integration, submits a valid deletion request, or when information is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.
Deletion may be subject to reasonable verification, technical limitations, backup and restoration cycles, legal or operational retention requirements, audit requirements, dispute resolution needs, or other obligations that continue to apply.
10. User Rights
Depending on applicable law and the nature of the service, users may have rights to request access to personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, request restrictions on certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, object to certain processing activities, or request additional information regarding how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, or deleted.

NLD Group may use cookies, sessions, local storage, logs, and similar technical mechanisms to maintain secure sessions, support authentication workflows, remember settings or preferences, analyze service performance, detect misuse, investigate operational issues, and improve services.

NLD Group may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in services, operational practices, legal requirements, governance requirements, or security measures. Updated versions will be posted through the relevant website or service with a revised effective date where appropriate.
